# Whitebank Fine Art

> Independent art advisory and gallery in London. We act for people selling art rather than for the saleroom: a free valuation from photographs, a comparison of auction houses and private sale, and negotiation of the seller's terms. Not affiliated with any auction house.

Whitebank Fine Art works across Contemporary and Post-War, Modernist, Impressionist and Old Master art, photography and street art, for sellers in the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.

Valuations are free, are made from photographs and carry no obligation to sell. They are a view on what a work is likely to achieve if sold, not formal valuations for insurance or probate.

Fees to sellers are typically 0%. On rare occasions, where a sale is complex, a commission of 2.5% to 10% applies. We are paid out of the reduced seller's rates we negotiate with the auction house.
