Banksy's Keep Ou T sold at Phillips in London on 15 October for £1,612,500, within its estimate. Grannies at Sotheby's and Laugh Now at Bonhams did not sell.
· David Hockney, Auction market
David Hockney's Dog Painting 17, his 1995 portrait of the dachshund Stanley asleep on a cushion, sold for £3.51 million at Christie's London on 14 October, well above its estimate of £1.5 million to £2.5 million.
